In the rapidly growing area of machine learning, there is an increasing demand for knowledge in the subject. We will soon see machine learning-powered tools become more commonplace both for organisations and everyday life. In week 1 we will explore how machines learn from data, how data is represented, common tools for building machine learning models. In week 2 and 3 we will explore one of the main learning problems of machine learning called supervised learning. We will use different kinds of input such as images to classify what is inside them. Have you ever wondered why ChatGPT seems so human? How a computer beats some of the hardest games. In week 4 we will learn about reinforcement learning, the process of training computers to learn by simulating experiences.
