Airbus in Newport is a long-term supporter of CyberFirst. As an employer, we need to promote careers in cyber security, which means engaging with these key age groups to stimulate excitement and interest in Computing ... we hope this will help promote some of our promising career pathways, before GCSE selections and subject choices are made ... through making learning fun and showcasing some of our incredibly talented, increasingly diverse workforce, we can do our part.

3. PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP

The CyberFirst project is currently funded in Wales by the National Cyber Security Centre however, we are always looking for sponsors to provide extra funding, so that we can bring the benefits of CyberFirst to more students across Wales! Providing sponsorship at project level, or for individual events allows us to:

  • Inspire more students in Wales into Cyber!
  • Support further access to our events & activities, especially for schools and colleges in disadvantaged areas.
  • Put on more upskiling opportunities for teachers.
  • Facilitate targeted work in areas of deprivation.
  • Develop additional interventions focusing on diversity in Cyber.

If you are interested in sponsoring the project or individual events, either financially, or in-kind, then please email wales@cyberfirstschools.co.uk for our current sponsorship brochure.
