At the start of the Autumn Term, over 46 Teachers from across Wales have begun an extensive, year-long, accredited CPD Course delivered by Technocamps.

The CPD course is a (QCF) Level 3 Certificate in Computing for Teachers which is accredited by VTCT. The course aims to provide teachers – both Primary and Secondary – with the knowledge and skills to deliver computer science as well as support the Digital Competence Framework in their schools.

This is the third year the programme has run, which to-date has seen 30 teachers successfully complete the Certificate. Originally the course was delivered just at Swansea University however due to popular demand in other regions this year we are running the course in North Wales as well as East Wales.
