Computational Thinking and its use as a problem solving tool

This ‘unplugged’ session will introduce the key principles of Computational Thinking and its use as a problem-solving tool.

The content will be accessible for non-computer science specialist and will focus on  the use of Computational Thinking across non-STEM lenses, concentrating on Progression Steps 4 & 5 and covering the Expressive Arts, Health and Well-being, Humanities, Maths and Numeracy & Languages Literacy and Communication AOLEs.
The session is  suitable for non-computer science specialists and requires no prior knowledge of Computational Thinking.  All content will be linked to the Computational Thinking strand of the DCF.

N.B. The session will be ‘unplugged’ (paper-based) with minimal use of computers, and all resources will be provided.
